Tara Trump

Tara G. Trump, 56, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2026, at her home.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Hastings Evangelical Free Church, with Pastor Scott DeWitt officiating.
DeWitt Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting her family with arrangements.
Memorials may be directed to Tara’s family for later designation.
Tara was born May 3, 1970, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, to Dwayne and Paula (Wimer) Trump. She attended school in Broken Bow, Nebraska, and graduated from Wood River High School with the Class of 1988. She later attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Tara managed Trotters Whoa & Go in Broken Bow, Nebraska for many years. She was a member of the Evangelical Free Church in both Broken Bow and Hastings.
She enjoyed her daily devotions, watching sports, taking walks, antiquing, and spending time with those she loved. Some of her greatest joy came from being with her grandchildren and watching her family grow.
Above all, Tara cherished her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who found great joy in loving, supporting, and doting on her children and grandchildren. Her family was the center of her world. The love, laughter, and memories she shared with them will be treasured always.
Tara is survived by her fiancé, Dave Bias; children, Shaun (Melissa) Trump, Colby (Leslie) Trump, and LaTisha Trump (Jason Wilkinson); five grandchildren, Keegan, Sylas, Raelynn, Lilah, and Barrett; stepfather, David Dentino; and brother, Stacy (Amber) Lawrenz.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Paula Dentino, and sister, Darla Ukena.
Tara will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.
