Robert L. "Bob" Wildasin

Hastings resident Robert L. 'Bob' Wildasin, 66, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Good Samaritan Society Perkins Pavilion in Hastings, NE.

Funeral Service is 2:00PM, Friday, January 29, 2015 at Good Samaritan Society All Saints Chapel in Hastings, NE with Pastor Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be Pomona Valley Memorial Park in Pomona, CA. Viewing will be 1 hour prior to the service.

Memorials may be directed to his family for a later designation.

Robert L. 'Bob' Wildasin was born December 1, 1949 in York, Pennsylvania, son of Earl and Beulah (Todt) Wildasin. He attended Southwestern High School in Hanover, PA and in 1969 moved to California. Bob worked with his father at Earl Wildasin and Son Exxon Service Station. After the service station was sold, Bob went to work at Woodland Products in Pomona, CA where he retired from. In retirement Bob continued to work at the LA County Fairgrounds. He enjoyed horseracing, football and watching sports. Bob moved to Hastings, NE in October 2014 to be closer to family.

Bob is survived by his brother, Allen 'Mike' Wildasin and his wife Eileen of Roseland, NE; nephew, Steve Wildasin and his wife Sharon of Hastings, NE; niece, Michelle Brooks and her husband Rod of Juniata, NE; great nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Caitlin, Tyler, Danny Marcus, Christina, and Alyssa; along with uncle, Ralph Carbaugh; and cousin, Connie Simmons and her husband Frank all of California.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jimmy Wildasin; Aunts, Dimp Carbaugh and Betty Quass; along with other aunts, uncles and cousins.
