astings resident Corinne V. Stickels, 59, died Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Florida. Corinne was born March 22, 1953 in Hastings, the daughter of David and Elizabeth Grace (Messing) Powers. She passed away while enjoying the ocean in Florida. She married the love of her life, Chuck Stickels on May 30, 1981. Please keep her family in your prayers. Corinne is survived by her brother Patrick J. Powers of Arkansas; special friends Creighton and Stacie Hamburger; their children Madolyn and Jaymeson all of Hastings; and her beloved dogs, Charlie and Frank. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; and brother, Christopher Powers. Service A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30am, Monday, April 2, 2012 at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Father Michael Houlinhan officiating. A private family burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Hastings. Memorials Memorials May be given to Start Over Rover.
