Carrie Loree Noble Obituary (1958

Carrie was born July 31, 1958 in Billings, Montana. She passed away peacefully in her home on the morning of April 29, 2015 in Lincoln Nebraska after having suffered with Multiple Sclerosis over the past 35 years. She is survived by her husband Larry Hennecke; her sons Benjamen (Julie Dondlinger) and Nicholas Hennecke (Holly Gage); grandchildren: Griffen, Chase, Reed, and Sage; her mother and father Denice and Leon Noble; her siblings Cindy Hess (Anthony) of Colorado, Glenn Noble, DDS (Jamie Wherritt) of South Carolina, Jennifer Noble of Lincoln, Mellissa Hale (Scott) of Florida, and Ansenji Sara Phillips-Marks (Arthur) of Washington; her Aunts Linda London (Dale, deceased) of Lincoln, and Judy Jones (Gordon) of North Carolina; her cousin Jan Addison (Tom) of Ashland; many nieces and her nephew. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter Aubrianna. Carrie grew up in David City, Columbus, and later Lincoln Nebraska. She attended St. Bonaventure Grade School, Dawes Jr. High, and Lincoln Northeast High School. Her summers were often filled with visits to her Great Aunt, Lois Strong in Ord, Nebraska. She and her siblings always looked forward to those trips. While in high school she was a member of the Girls Triple Trio, played the clarinet in band, maintained a high GPA, and was a volunteer Candy Striper at Bryan Memorial Hospital. She continued her education after high school at Southeast Community College where she graduated with honors and received an Associate's Degree in MicroComputers. One of Carrie's dreams was to see the ocean. Having grown up in the Midwest, she had never seen the ocean until she visited family in Washington State. It was one of the highlights of her life to accomplish that dream. Carrie loved stuffed animals and always had quite a collection. She also had a sweet tooth and loved candy. Her favorite was Russell Stover's French Mints. Even when she had difficulty with eating food, she could always manage some candy. Another thing she loved was auto racing. Her son Ben was involved in racing at Eagle Raceway and she loved to go to the races for as long as she was able. She worked in the banking industry for several years; first at Havelock Bank, and later with the National Bank of Commerce (NBC Bank). Among Carrie's many qualities, she had a sense of humor, a loyalty to her friends and a love for her boys. She was so proud of her two sons. She also often expressed gratitude for any service that was provided her. She was lucky to have some truly wonderful care providers: Jennifer, Shelly and Dana. Each one meant a great deal to her and she was truly grateful for them. Because of that gratitude, prior to Dana's death Carrie was able to be instrumental in helping get Dana a special recognition for her outstanding work. It always meant a great deal to Carrie that she was able to do that. In her later years Carrie developed a strong belief in God and the Savior through some of the miracles she experienced in her life. One miracle occurred when, after several years of being confined to a wheelchair, Carrie went to the hospital for a completely non-related surgery and miraculously was able to walk out of the hospital. She went on to stay out of the wheelchair for a few years thereafter. This experience touched her deeply and she was often heard recounting the tale again and again and sharing her testimony and belief with anyone who would listen. Another miracle she experienced had to do with her kidney dialysis. After having been on dialysis for years, she was able to be taken off it and stay off it for several years - which is quite the rarity. Despite her many difficulties, trials, and troubles in life, she felt truly blessed. She developed a very strong testimony and belief in the LDS faith and that faith and many blessings helped bring about many of the miracles she experienced. Carrie was greatly loved and will be truly missed...
